Spending a Little Extra Before Renting your Apartment

If you spend money on your rental apartment to make it look nice, and more appealing, you’re going to be able to charge more rent, and hence attract a more desirable tenant, who hopefully is the ‘right’ tenant for you! This is the theory anyway; I’m not saying it will work every time, because finding the right tenant is a long and fairly drawn out process after all. However, once you make updates and charge more rent you’re already attracting a different tenant because you’ll be pricing yourself higher than some people can afford. Finding the balance can be tricky, and knowing what to spend money on can be difficult, especially if you’re on a tight budget.
